Early bird UK viewers were super lucky to see Alfie on QVC this morning singing two songs – Buona Sera and Volare.
Here is Volare:
Alfie’s new album, Serenata is released on 17th November:
November is here and the promotional schedule for Alfie Boe’s Serenata is really ramping up. Last night saw Alfie on Strictly Comes Dancing’s sidekick show, It Takes Two, talking about music and dancing with a bit more knowledge than his previous appearance in 2012. The show’s host, Zoe Ball, even managed a plug for Serenata before going on to use the pun “What’s it all about Alfie” – how many times do you think he’s heard that in his life!
This weekend sees him on Weekend Wogan and we also have two TV appearances to look forward to this week. Tuesday 4th sees his pre-recorded appearance on Alan Titchmarsh’s ITV show at which several arrows had their mobiles confiscated – can’t wait to see this one! 3pm is you are able to watch…or record.
And on Thursday 6th Alfie will be on QVC, something that he hasn’t appeared on for a couple of years, so the perfect time to show you a video from QVC the last time round:
There are a few QVC videos out there but I chose this one as this is one of the few Alfie songs my 8yo loves – mainly because they sang it in the choir last year and have actions to go with it. If you sing this on the tour Alfie, how about the actions too LOL.
Finally, according to the reliable source that is twitter, Alfie will be filming a one off TV special at the Palladium hosted by Bruce Forsyth. Not many more details than that but sure it will be a great show – anything with Alfie in is always great, his bit anyway!
